Job summary

A leading media agency in Singapore is seeking a Media Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with teams and clients to drive results through data-driven strategies. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in media planning and strong skills in digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a 4-day office work week.

As a Media Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and managing paid media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented. Expect to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously—from planning and execution to reporting and optimisation.
This full-time role that is 4 days in the office, working in a lean, agile environment where experimentation, collaboration, and accountability are key.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • 1+ years’ experience in media planning in an agency environment
  • Hands‑on experience with both digital (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic) & traditional (TV, OOH, print, radio) channels
  • Skilled in budget allocation, media mix modelling, and post‑campaign reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable insights
  • High level of detail‑orientedness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, strategy, and client service teams
  • Proactive mindset & able to work independently
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Experience managing regional campaigns across APAC markets
  • Prior experience with FMCG, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Confident working with media research tools such as Nielsen, GWI, or Comscore
  • Strong negotiation skills with media vendors
  • Able to move fast, stay calm, and manage multiple deadlines with ease
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and defending media strategies with clarity and data
