Job summary
A prominent healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive for Outpatient Clinic Operations. The role involves supporting performance management, analyzing data, and facilitating quality improvement projects. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have at least 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 4 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
- Resourceful and meticulous as a team player.
Responsibilities
- Support performance management-related activities including KPIs monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and Department-level roles.

Job Category: Ancillary
You will be responsible in supporting the department in performance management-related activities which includes the regular monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as the interpretation and presentation of key trends to Senior Management. You will assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations and support in the facilitation of quality improvement projects. In addition, you will be involved in other Department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment and civil emergency planning.
- Degree in any discipline with 4 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
- An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
