Within Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, we are invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and client accounts.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced People leader to partner with our South East Asia business and a group of dedicated country and account leads across the region. Reporting to the Head of People, Enterprise APAC, this role provides strategic HR leadership across a diverse set of countries and client portfolios.

You’ll lead a small, high-performing team, guiding them through the design and delivery of people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, build engagement, and enable growth. This role balances hands‑on partnership with senior leaders and longer-term transformation work aligned to CBRE’s global People priorities.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive commercial outcomes and employee experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop People Business Partners across South East Asia.
  • Provide trusted advice on organisational design, talent planning, succession, and leadership development.
  • Guide complex employee relations and performance matters with judgement and consistency.
  • Support the rollout of regional and global initiatives, ensuring local relevance and effective change management.
  • Work closely with country HR leads and Centres of Expertise (Total Rewards, Talent, People Operations) to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Contribute to APAC People leadership forums, bringing insights and ideas from the SEA business.
About you:

We're looking for a commercially minded People leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. Beyond experience, the right style and attitude will determine success - confidence, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping the business and its people perform at their best.

  • A HR leader with experience across multiple South East Asian markets.
  • Known for building strong relationships with senior business leaders and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
  • Comfortable operating in complexity and influencing across cultures, time zones, and matrix structures.
  • Skilled in coaching, developing teams, and leading through change.
