The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the overall marketing and branding strategy of Venus Hair Salon, both online and offline.
You will plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and salon revenue. The role blends creativity, data analysis, and leadership — ideal for a marketing professional ready to take ownership of brand growth within a vibrant beauty business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans aligned with the salon’s business goals.
- Position Venus Hair Salon as a premium, trend‑leading brand in hair and beauty services.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaign direction.
- Recommend new service offerings, price packages, or loyalty strategies based on market feedback.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Manage all digital channels — website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and Google Business Profile.
- Design and implement content calendars that showcase stylist expertise, service results, and beauty trends.
- Oversee paid digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok), ensuring clear ROI tracking and budget efficiency.
- Coordinate content creation: photo/video shoots, client testimonials, influencer collaborations.
- Lead the redesign and optimisation of the salon website and digital booking platforms.
3. Customer Engagement & CRM Marketing
- Develop and manage customer retention programs, loyalty rewards, and referral systems.
- Segment the client database and run targeted email, WhatsApp, or SMS campaigns.
- Analyse repeat‑visit rates, service mix, and customer lifetime value; propose improvement actions.
- Manage online reputation: monitor and respond to Google/Meta reviews, track satisfaction metrics.
4. Partnerships, Events & Influencer Marketing
- Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with beauty, lifestyle, and fashion brands for cross‑promotions.
- Plan and execute in‑salon marketing events (e.g., hair product launches, masterclasses, VIP nights).
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs and stylists to co‑create authentic promotional content.
- Evaluate influencer ROI and build long‑term relationships with high‑performing collaborators.
5. Budgeting, Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget; optimise spend across channels.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, bookings, ROI).
- Present monthly reports and actionable insights to management.
- Continuously refine campaigns using analytics data to improve efficiency and conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the .
- At least 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven ability to run digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s beauty market and consumer behaviour.
- Proficient in marketing tools: Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CapCut, etc.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong aesthetic judgment — able to uphold a premium visual identity.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with marketing metrics and dashboards.
- Independent, proactive and able to lead projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
