Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Facilitate meetings to drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
- Maintain quality of work and productivity in accordance with standards.
- Assist in any projects as assigned.
Tools
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows and use cases.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate meetings to drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
- Utilise tools such as Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow tracking.

- Assist in any projects and work as assigned.
- Min. 2-4 years of BA experience
