Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to provide on-site leadership for the construction of a new Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant in Singapore. Working directly for the client and reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the work of the EPC contractor to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards.

Key duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating between client, EPC, subcontractors, engineers, and OEMs, and chairing weekly coordination meetings.
  • You will enforce strict Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessment (MSRA) are actioned.
  • Work closely with the QA/QC team to verify that all materials and workmanship meet technical specifications and contractual requirements, and drive timely resolution of any non-conformances.
  • Oversee the EPC contractor’s progress toward achieving Mechanical and Electrical Completion, and support the commissioning phase by coordinating effectively with Turbine and HRSG OEM specialists to ensure seamless system integration and handover

This is an important role in delivering a strategic energy infrastructure project for Singapore’s clean energy transition.
