• Position Title: Solar Project Manager (Renewable Energy)
• Working Location: Kallang (Site Located in North)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
• Duration: Permanent

• Design, build, and install solar energy systems.
• Plan and oversee onsite installation teams.
• Act as the primary contact between the company and client during the construction phase.
• Develop, review, and adjust project work plans as needed.
• Supervise the entire construction process from pre- to post-construction, including handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and address safety risks, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews throughout the project.
• Ensure smooth project delivery and system activation.
• Support continuous improvement for project processes.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in solar project management and execution
• Proficient in energy modelling software (e.g., PVsyst), AutoCAD, and construction modelling tools
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, creative, and passionate about renewable energy
• Six Sigma or Kaizen certification is an advantage
