Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support professional with expertise in electromechanical systems and troubleshooting. The role involves reading technical diagrams, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a community college diploma in a related field. Strong communication skills and knowledge of C++ are required. This position does not allow remote work and is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments with high attention to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and analyze technical information and schematic diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot and repair failed products and inspect for quality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records for equipment.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical and electromechanical systems
Mechanical assembly and fabrication knowledge
Knowledge of C++ programming
