Job Description
Wisionly PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Retail and Logistics to lead and optimize our retail shop and distribution operations. The successful candidate will supervise logistics, warehouse teams, and store operations, ensuring high efficiency, stock accuracy, and service levels across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of 3 retail outlets and warehouse facilities.
Manage retail staff, store performance, and inventory replenishment across all shops.
Oversee logistics operations including goods receiving, storage, and last-mile delivery.
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to ensure warehouse and transport KPIs are met.
Ensure seamless coordination between online and offline distribution channels.
Optimize cost structures and improve operational SOPs for retail and logistics.
Implement and manage ERP/WMS and POS systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and MOM regulations.
Track and report performance metrics for retail sales, stock turnover, and delivery accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in retail/logistics operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience with retail systems (POS, ERP) and warehouse tools (WMS, inventory control).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing multi-store or multi-location retail and supply operations preferred.
