Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of AML Watchlist Management and FircoSoft implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in AML programme delivery, strong knowledge of the Watchlist Management lifecycle, and proven project management skills across multiple countries. This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring compliance with APAC regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in AML programme/project delivery, including 5+ years with FircoSoft.
• Strong knowledge of the Watchlist Management lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing multi-country AML/Sanctions Screening programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from mobilisation to cutover.
• Drive structured project governance including risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure project execution aligns with APAC regulatory requirements.
