- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation for daily operation and cooking according to recipes given by Head Chef.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet customer's expectation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support kitchen operations during service hours to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
