A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Admin Executive to support HR operations and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with local regulations. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least one year of HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and excellent communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR function, preferably in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Synergix is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Synergix payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR operational duties.
• Handle end to end recruitment including job postings and interviews.
• Update and implement HR Policies, Procedures, and Employee handbook.

Skills

Knowledge of local employment legislation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Ability to work independently

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR Management
