Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth across all business units.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive team and department heads to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectives and initiatives.

Requirements
