Electrical Technical Officer (LEW 7)
Job summary
A leading facilities management provider in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Technical Officer specializing in ensuring the reliability of electrical systems in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance technicians, troubleshooting faults, and maintaining documentation to support operational excellence. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or higher and possess a mandatory Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW 7) certification. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with a diploma, or 3 years with Higher NITEC qualification.
- Mandatory LEW 7 certification by the Energy Market Authority.
- Solid knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in daily electrical maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement solutions.
- Maintain technical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate ad-hoc facilities projects for quality delivery.

We are looking for a committed Electrical Technical Officer (LEW 7) to support maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of electrical systems in a healthcare environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to patient safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.
- Supervise and guide technicians in daily electrical maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance works.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating ad-hoc facilities projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Support other operational tasks to achieve service excellence.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW 7) certification by the Energy Market Authority is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Safety-conscious with solid knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
