Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a QS Manager to oversee tender and contract preparation, assist project teams with cost control, and liaise with contractors and clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in QS or Engineering, along with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This position offers a salary range of $5,000 to $7,000 and requires strong communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry.
- Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
Skills
Education
Working days: 5.5 days
Location: Tuas
Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
