Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage production and coordination of Quality BIM Models and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in BIM, a diploma in relevant fields, and proficiency in tools like Revit and Autodesk. Job description

Responsibilities

• To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
• Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats
• Assist BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
• Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
• Coordinate with Consultants, SWCs & sub‑contractor
• Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as‑built
• Review design and fabrication models and drawings
• Perform clash checks
• Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in C&S / Architectural / M&E / Building services
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification
• Proficient in BIM / Revit (Architectural / Structural and Reinforcement / MEP modelling and Navisworks)
• BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk / Bentley software
