Role Background

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests warmly, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure a smooth, memorable shopping journey from start to finish.
  • Engage with guests through genuine, personalized interactions that foster trust, loyalty, and lasting impressions.
  • Stay well‑informed on product features, brand launches, store policies, and promotions to confidently guide guests.
  • Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently while minimizing guest wait times through proactive service.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment through regular walk‑throughs and attention to detail.
  • Promote the Loyalty Program, assist with app usage, and cater to diverse guest preferences and cultural needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates, share feedback, and support continuous improvement in service and operations.
  • Participate in in‑store activities, gather guest feedback, and take on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
