A local consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to monitor license expiry dates and conduct assessments of licensed SAs. The ideal applicant will have a degree and 5+ years of experience in audit or law enforcement. Responsibilities include tracking assessments, assigning Assessors, and preparing analytical reports. Candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This role demands independence and the ability to work under pressure.
Monitor license expiry dates of all licensed SAs and track those due for assessment monthly.
Assign Assessors to conduct assessments and compliance checks at identified locations.
Conduct training to ensure Assessors are competent in assessment criteria.
Track assessment progress and provide monthly status updates.
Supervise and guide Assessors, including conducting quality checks.
Obtain MOM’s endorsement of findings and recommendations.
Review assessment and representation reports for each SA.
Consolidate assessment outcomes and recommendations from Assessors.
Collate vetted SACE checklists for handover to PRD.
Prepare annual analysis reports highlighting SA performance and recommend improvements.
Perform other duties related to SA assessments as directed by the Authority.
Adhere to all rules communicated by the Authority.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
May require a valid Private Investigator licence.
Traits: confidential, strong English communication, observation & analytical skills, report writing, organizational/project management, Microsoft Office proficiency, computer proficient, able to work under pressure, independent and able to lead Assessors.
Degree or equivalent in any field.
Advanced Certification in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent.
Certification in Red Teaming Course.
Preferably 5+ years in audit/assessment and law enforcement, with experience in Singapore Police Force or other law enforcement agency.
Job grade JR11 and above preferred.
No Security Officer licence for the past 1 year and during contract.
No personal or immediate family business ties with any SA for 2 years before and during contract.
