Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Cloud and End User Services is part of APAC Infrastructure Management team, overseeing two critical technology towers: Compute/Cloud Services and End User Services. This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions across APAC in a hybrid environment, leveraging AWS, Azure, and Private Cloud platforms. Concurrently, the role will drive excellence in End User Services, ensuring seamless endpoint management (PCs, tablets, mobile devices) through modern technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and related enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities
Compute & Cloud Services Tower
  • Lead strategy, design, and operations for APAC-wide compute and cloud services in a hybrid environment (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure aligned with global standards and compliance requirements.
  • Drive cloud adoption initiatives, cost optimization, and automation across APAC regions.
  • Collaborate with global architecture teams to implement best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for cloud and compute services.
End User Services Tower
  • Oversee endpoint management for PCs, tablets, and mobile devices across APAC using technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SSO solutions.
  • Ensure secure and efficient identity and access management for end users.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance user experience, productivity, and device lifecycle management.
  • Implement modern workplace solutions and support digital transformation programs.
  • Establish governance and compliance for endpoint security and data protection.
Leadership & Governance
  • Lead and mentor a regional team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for both towers.
  • Ensure alignment with global IT strategy while addressing regional business needs.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for service performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and private cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure AD, Intune, and identity management solutions.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-country IT operations in APAC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Budget: Up to $13K/mth
