Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in analyzing data and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Self-driven team player who works under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9000 quality system.
• Supervise and motivate a team of QA/QC Technicians.
• Qualify new suppliers and manage First Article Inspections.
• Develop quality prevention processes.
• Analyze supplier performance data and drive initiatives.
• Manage non‑conformance reporting.
