Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region. This role is critical to Amazon's mission of becoming "Earth's Best Employer" by proactively managing employee relations risks and fostering positive employee experiences across our diverse APJC markets.
Reporting to the Director of Global Corporate Employee Relations, this senior leader will oversee and drive strategic initiatives across seven Amazon business lines in the APJC region.
