Job summary
A reputable culinary recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Japanese Cuisine Chef responsible for overseeing restaurant operations. This role requires minimum 1 year of experience along with adherence to hygiene and food quality standards. The chef will manage both kitchen and front-end activities, ensuring exceptional service and minimal food wastage. Attractive salary ranges from $2500 to $3500, with a split shift working schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for dedicated culinary professionals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a culinary role is required.
- Training is provided for a Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth activities.
- Maintain adherence to food preparation and serving standards.
- Uphold hygiene, quality control, health, and safety standards.
- Control and minimize food wastage.
Japanese Cuisine Chef
Working Hour: 10:30am to 2:30pm; 5pm - 9pm (Split Shift)
6 Days 44 Hours Work Week (After 44 Hours consider OT)
Salary: $2500 - $3500 Basic
Location: 9 King Albert Park
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring both front-end and kitchen activities run smoothly.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Company's food preparation and serving standards.
- Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, quality control, health, and safety throughout the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- To control and minimize food wastage.
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Training provided for Diploma in Culinary Arts
