• Liaise with consultants and engineers to clarify production drawings.
• Produce, review, and revise precast schematic and production drawings.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to uphold production quality standards.
• Monitor progress of precast casting against schedule.

Job description

• Production Scheduling & Monitoring
  Develop and oversee the production schedule for precast concrete units.
  Track daily progress at the precast yard, ensuring targets are met.
• Technical Coordination
  Liaise with consultants and engineers to clarify production drawings and resolve technical issues.
  Ensure precast detailing aligns with structural, architectural, and fabrication requirements.
• Drawing & Documentation Control
  Produce, review, and revise precast schematic, shop, and production drawings (e.g., mould layouts, lifting details).
  Maintain version control and ensure all revisions are communicated to relevant teams.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
  Coordinate with QA/QC to uphold production quality standards and manage non-conformances.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Monitor progress of precast casting against schedule.
• Update and distribute daily production reports.
• Hold coordination meetings with consultants, production, and site leads.
• Review technical submissions (shop drawings) for accuracy and completeness.
• Raise and manage pre-emptive action items for delays or technical issues.
