Responsibilities

Responsible to design, analyses and optimize complex systems to improve efficiency, productivity and quality.

• Create and evaluate integrated systems that manage production processes, workflows and materials flow
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste in existing processes and implement solutions, using lean principles and kaizens
• Use quantitative tools such as data analysis, statistics, and simulation modelling to guide decision making
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet standards
• Consideringhuman elements like ergonomics, safety and worker satisfaction when designingsystem
• Work with team members, supply chain and other departments to implement and monitor improvements
• Lead projects for process improvement, facility layout changes, system implementation, while managing timelines and budget
