Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, and transport coordination.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse setup while controlling supply chain costs such as freight, fulfillment, warehousing, and customs.
  • Ensure strong inventory control through cycle counts, accurate documentation, and oversight of consignment and loaner stock.
  • Process orders, RMAs, and credit requests accurately.
  • Work with internal teams and customers to meet delivery timelines, resolve order issues, and provide clear status updates.
  • Stay current on internal policies and customer care standards; support continuous improvement and assist with procurement when needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field with 5-7 years' experience in logistics, warehouse/inventory management, and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs, and shipping procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills; customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • High integrity, strong ownership, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, good judgement, and adaptability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Able to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
