Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for their new nursing home. The role includes assessing clients, managing therapy assistants, and leading quality assurance projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, relevant qualifications, and full registration with the AHPC. Enjoyment in working with elderly clients is essential. Salary will be based on experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Must have full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
  • Completed AHPC’s training for supervisors on the Supervised Practice Guidelines an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, treat and evaluate residents/clients with disabilities.
  • Participate and lead quality improvement projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for therapists and support staff.
  • Manage a team of therapy assistants.
  • Lead collation of statistics to monitor performance.
