Job summary

- Maintain Customer Management System accurately.
- Prepare shipping and bank documents timely.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for document submissions.
- Stay updated on market trends for management.
Education
Permanent position, Salary up to $4,500 with bonus

- Ensure all documentation and assignments are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with relevant requirements and regulations
- Review existing documentation processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update the Customer Management System accurately and promptly.
- Prepare all required shipping and bank documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers, banks, shipping lines, government agencies, and other vendors to ensure timely submission, delivery, and receipt of documents.
- Maintain high market knowledge in order to inform management about upcoming trends and/or developments
- At least Diploma holder with relevant experience
