Responsibilities:

• Ensure all documentation and assignments are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with relevant requirements and regulations
• Review existing documentation processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update the Customer Management System accurately and promptly.
• Prepare all required shipping and bank documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate and follow up with customers, banks, shipping lines, government agencies, and other vendors to ensure timely submission, delivery, and receipt of documents.
• Maintain high market knowledge in order to inform management about upcoming trends and/or developments

• At least Diploma holder with relevant experience
