Job scope:
The Inventory Associate will be responsible for inventory control, management, and communication with customers. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities：

• Handle daily Purchase Order and Invoicing

• Receive, store and issue goods

• Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, damaged stock, online order/ sales platform

• Liaise with outlets staff and suppliers

• Assist in reconciling physical stock count

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

• Min 1 year experience in inventory control management

• Proficiency in inventory management software and accounting knowledge(SAP/ Oracle/ AutoCount) preferred
