Job Responsibilities:
· Lead project application activities to ensure deliverables meet customer and project requirements.
· Manage, monitor, and control the full application project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to implementation.
· Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers to finalize detailed technical and application specifications upon project award.
· Plan and coordinate internal schedules to ensure timely delivery of application solutions.
· Organize internal project initiation meetings to align cross-functional team members.
· Provide regular project status updates to customers, management, and internal teams.
· Collaborate with stakeholders—including customers, suppliers, and internal departments—to define and refine application requirements.
· Facilitate brainstorming and design review sessions to ensure proposed application solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
· Participate in the development and continuous improvement of SOPs for application engineering and project execution.
· Ensure all application documentation complies with company ISO standards and customer requirements.
· Continuously review and enhance project planning and application processes to improve quality and efficiency.
· Support the sales team with technical input, solution proposals, and application recommendations.
· Prepare and submit technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents in response to sales inquiries.
· Liaise and coordinate with customers and suppliers for application-related activities and deliverables.
· Lead and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to validate solution performance.
· Manage and monitor individual project application costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
