Job Highlight

• Salary : Up to 8,500
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri (9am–6pm) + Alternate Saturdays (9am–1pm)
• Travel Requirement: Up to 30% (business needs, including Africa)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple agricultural projects to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring maintenance, installation and operational tasks
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and updates for management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Support procurement processes and manage inventory of engineering tools and equipment
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and operational support when required
• Coordinate travel logistics for engineering and field teams
• Monitor project performance and propose process improvements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and project documentation
• Support training and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and field staff
• Collaborate with R&D teams to adopt relevant agricultural technologies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering or project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Able to travel overseas up to 30% based on business requirements
