Our client is seeking a Head of Product to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team of at least 8-10 members, along with a strong background in product engineering. They must be well-versed in the entire product management lifecycle, from ideation to execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven leader to play a key role in shaping and advancing the company's product development initiatives.

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy, driving key outcomes and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
2. Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring successful rollouts
3. Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and launches
4. Define and track NSM and key product metrics to measure the success of product initiatives
5. Analyze data, iterate features, and focus on achieving optimal outcomes

1. 12-15 years of experience in product management within Internet/eCommerce, or related industries
2. Proven success in leading product teams and delivering impactful products to market
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and product management tools
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
