Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Singapore is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery routes, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle logistical issues. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in logistics or delivery coordination, as well as proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, managing customer communications, and working closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years in logistics, delivery coordination, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills required.
