A government ministry in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals for the Organisational Performance & Transformation team. The role involves developing plans to enhance organizational performance and implementing sustainability measures within the ministry. The Organisational Performance & Transformation (OPT) Directorate of MOF is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the team.
You will: • Conceptualise, develop, and implement plans to position MOF for the future. These efforts will take reference from public sector transformation efforts and whole-of-government initiatives. They include:
• Drive policy-ops-tech integration efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of MOF-HQ’s decisions, policies, and processes. This could be done via data analytics and insights, new digital tools, and process enhancements to improve the performance of MOF systems that are used across government.
