The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Administrator / Administrator Assistant who will be providing general administrative support to the Company Secretarial, Accounting and Directorship Services team.

The Administrator will:
  • provide administrative support including printing, filing, photocopying and scanning documents;
  • assist to maintain internal / external databases
  • manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, call, mail)
  • arrange for courier services
  • assist with document signing and execution
  • assist with the preparation of invoices including communicating with clients
  • act as back‑up for Operations Administrator
  • any ad hoc duties as requested
What You Bring

In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:

  • must be able to work independently, have strong problem solving and organizational skills, thrive at multi tasking and attention to details
  • able to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • preferably have a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
  • experience in a similar role would be an asset
  • demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe is required

We may also consider those with no experience but who are interested in this field and willing to learn.
