Investment Management – Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager

Conduit Group is seeking an experienced (5 years +) relationship manager & third‑party marketer of investment managers and associated funds to be based in Singapore. Focus is on family office clients and institutional clients. Related investment products span Listed Equities, Hedge Funds and Private Equity, among other fund offerings.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop deep insight and understanding of family office and institutional clients’ overall investment requirements, collaborating across Conduit Group teams.
  • Develop and maintain high level insight into product offerings of partner managers including both traditional and alternative products.
  • Maintain a high level insight into economic, market and asset class trends across various countries and sectors.
  • Identify new potential manager partners globally across strategies.
  • Perform due diligence on investment manager offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a regional Asian investor base, including Singapore, UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar family offices.
  • Strategically review client’s investments and monitor portfolio asset allocation, quality and risk.
  • Identify relevant investor prospects, particularly in the family office space and keep abreast of investor interests and broader industry trends and developments.
  • Reporting of investment performance to investor base.
  • Ensure first‑rate execution of manager marketing efforts including roadshows.
  • Achieve targets relating to investor engagement and investment.
Necessary Qualifications Include:
  • Undergraduate Degree Holder from a Leading University.
