We are instructed on a rare role with a global private equity firm looking to hire a lawyer, based in Singapore.

This is a great opportunity for a downstream private equity lawyer to join a top-tier platform and advise on high transactions across Asia.

Essential requirements

10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a top-tier UK/US law firm or at a private equity firm
Strong experience advising on private equity and other corporate transactions
Business-level Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role has some exposure to the PRC market
Candidates overseas with relevant experience and interested in relocating to Singapore are to apply
