- Strong ABAP (OO-ABAP, ALV, performance tuning, debugging)
- File-based interface development (Open Dataset, FTP/SFTP, error handling)
- OData service creation (CRUDQ operations, SAP Gateway, Fiori integration)
- Reports & enhancements (ALV, User Exits, BADIs, enhancements)
- HR master data, payroll, and time management structures
- HR authorizations and security concepts
