The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules, integrations, and reporting tools, with the ability to translate HR business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle HCM cloud modules (Core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning).
• Build integrations using HCM extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create reports and dashboards with OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) and BI publisher.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• With 3 – 6 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM cloud modules and development.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI publisher.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and APIs.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
• Experience in large-scale HR system implementations.
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Good to have Oracle HCM cloud certification(s).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
