Job summary

A leading intelligent equipment provider in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage the full-cycle HR processes, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and support employee development. Candidates should be Singapore citizens or PRs with at least 2 years of HR experience in the semiconductor or technology sectors. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. This role is on-site and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Job Title: Human Resources Executive / Specialist (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS).
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination with external vendors.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to implement group initiatives locally.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with bilingual stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
