A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to support and drive the payroll implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in payroll consulting, strong knowledge of compliance, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications
- Experience in a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation and compliance.
- Ability to articulate and document client requirements.
Responsabilités
- Support payroll implementation project lifecycle.
- Address client issues and propose solutions.
- Interact and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:
- Experience in a functional consulting/analytical capacity within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
- Experience and strong knowledge of the Singapore payroll and compliance (e.g. tax, legislation etc.)
- Experience of the Singapore payroll implementation project lifecycle.
- Ability to articulate and document client requirements.
- Find creative and simple ways to address client issues or risks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to interact with all levels of business.
- Propose alternative solutions assessing feasibility and costs.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment and ability to be proactive and problem-solve.
- Attention to detail and strong client-facing communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
