About the role

This is a full-time HR Consultant Cum Admin role based in the Central Region, supporting the HR function at Smartage Consulting Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with various HR processes and procedures.

What you'll be doing
HR Part
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Answering Singapore Office and China Office employees and clients’ inquiries and providing HR-related information.
  • Responsible for both the client company and our organization's on-boarding and off-boarding processes, monthly payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Responsible for processing employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations on behalf of corporate clients, with responsibilities including but not limited to: conducting minimum wage assessments, performing educational background verifications, and facilitating pass activation.
  • Facilitate the submission of statutory contributions for both the client company and our organization, encompassing Central Provident Fund (CPF) filings, IR8A and IR21 declarations, labor market surveys mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), as well as processing claims for childcare leave, maternity leave, paternity leave etc.
  • Attendance management and payroll processing.
  • Responsible for establishing the human resources framework for client companies, encompassing, but not limited to, the development of employee handbooks and letters of employment.
  • Accompany the EP holder from the clients’ company to completing the card registration procedures at the MOM Counter, including registering fingerprints and photos.
  • Be responsible for posting recruitment advertisements for functional employees such as accountants and tax managers, and conduct initial screening of resumes and first-round interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
Admin Part
  • Assisting with the completion of Apostille and Authentication.
  • Providing general administrative support and coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficient company operation Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms
  • Managing rental agreements, and providing local service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must be Fluent in English and Chinese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • at least 3 years of working experience at least in HR payroll and Work Permit Application
  • Having prior work experience at an HR consulting firm provides a distinct advantage.
  • Applicants with HR-related certificates including CEI or IHRP will be given priority consideration.
