ASTON CARTER IS NOW HIRING FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS IN THE BIRDSBORO, PA AREA!!!

Coordinate & maintain the company office functions as outlined.

Responsibilities
  • Receive orders from customers, confirm pricing and delivery, and process for production.
  • Support the Plant Manager in preparing shipping documentation and scheduling when orders are completed.
  • Bill the customer once orders are shipped.
  • Maintain the return log and process credits as needed.
  • Maintain customer files.
  • Contact customers concerning late payments and provide summary reports on sales & production.
  • Purchase and accounts payable: support the Plant Manager in ordering supplies, process invoices for payment, ensure proper posting to accounts, and maintain vendor files (system and hard files) in accordance with GAAP.
  • Banking: process payments from customers, track cash in bank to assure steady cash flow, and maintain petty cash fund.
  • Payroll: process employee time cards in company payroll models, transmit to the payroll company, ensure employee benefit contributions are up to date, taxes & any legal attachments are paid, and paychecks are reconciled and prepared for distribution.
  • Other duties that support Production, Human Resources, Accounting, and Safety & WC as needed.
