Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll processing and support tax filing for employees. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of experience in Singapore payroll and tax submission. Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office, along with strong organization skills and attention to detail, are essential. This position is open only to Singaporeans and offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to HR operations.

About the job HR Payroll Executive (Bank, Perm)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and support tax filing for employees.
  • Track and maintain employee training records (e.g. mandatory e-learning, internal/external courses).
  • Coordinate annual reviews, budgeting exercises, and HR reporting (headcount, appraisals, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with internal policies and data retention.
  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regional offices on HR matters.
  • Provide admin support including travel arrangements, expense claims, stationery orders, etc.
  • Prepare HR‑related risk reports and support internal/external audits.
  • Ensure all HR filing systems (physical and digital) are up to date and well organized.
  • Perform general HR tasks and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore payroll and tax submission.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in HRMS systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
