A leading HR firm located in Singapore is looking for a Human Resources Administrative Support Personnel to provide comprehensive HR support including payroll, system assistance, and reporting. The role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have excellent PC skills. This position offers full-time employment with no required travel.

Position Summary

Provide support for all areas of Human Resources. Must have the ability to develop and use collaborative skills to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and meet weekly deadlines. Essential Job Functions

  • Provide payroll and HR support to associates and the Corporate Logistics office
  • Provide support for all Kroger HR systems
  • Provide Leave of Absence support to associates
  • Weekly payroll reporting to upper management

  • Logistics safety reporting
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications
