Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm

Job Scope

• Support Dietitians and Manager in administrative and nutrition-related tasks
• Assist in preparing nutrition education materials, slides, and programmes
• Handle patient appointment booking, reminders, and basic pre-clerking
• Perform nutritional analysis using computer software
• Manage oral nutrition supplement (ONS) samples and ensure proper tracking
• Update department website, records, and reports
• Assist with data entry, statistics, and research support
• Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Applied Food Science and Nutrition
• Comfortable with administrative and clerical work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
