Candidates can be entry-level with the right skills and must be proficient in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers. - Assist customers with loan applications and queries.
- Manage client accounts and perform data entry accurately.

The Branch Officer is responsible for attending to walk-in customers, including working with business partners and upholding exceptional customer service.
- To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
- To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment.
- To provide clear and coherent explanation of contract terms, products and details to customers.
- To assist customers with their loan applications.
- To answer customers’ queries and to explain loan procedures over the phone.
- To assist with clients account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details.
- To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
- Entry level with right skill set.
- No experience required.
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
