Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences.
- Recommend gowns that suit customer’s requirements and assist customer in trying gowns.
- Conduct measurements and final fitting of gowns.
- Build strong customer relationships through support and follow-ups.
- Handle customer requests, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Perform quality control checks, including minor gown touch-ups.
- Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery.
- Achieve sales targets with active participation.
- Daily housekeeping duties.

- Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery
- Achieve sales target with active participation in contributing towards sales goals
- Daily housekeeping duties
- A positive attitude and a passion for the wedding industry.
- Self‑driven with excellent communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with basic sewing abilities.

Work Days: Wednesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Work hours: Wednesday to Friday (1 PM – 10 PM) and weekends (10 AM – 9 PM).
