A private company in Singapore is seeking an individual to handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and shipping documents. Responsibilities include attending to customer inquiries, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining customer relations. The ideal candidate should possess at least a GCE O level or equivalent, have strong communication skills, be a fast learner, and able to multitask. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.
Process Sales order, Purchase order, Invoicing and shipping documents.
Attend to all customer's related enquiries, delivery schedules & quotations.
Maintain customer relation.
Any Adhoc duties assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a GCE O level or equivalent.
Good communications and interpersonal skill.
Fast learner, initiative and able to multi task.
Able to commit to the role.
Able to start work within short notice.
