A recruiting firm in Singapore is looking for a bilingual Marketing Assistant and Personal Assistant. Key responsibilities include planning marketing activities, translating documents, managing the CEO’s schedule, and providing administrative support. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, strong proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N2) and English, and relevant work experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support dynamic business operations.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities, presentations, and client engagement events.
Translate and prepare proposals, reports, and marketing materials between English and Japanese.
Support tender submissions, project marketing documents, and promotional content.
Liaise with Japanese HQ and regional offices on project updates and corporate communications.
Organize client visits and visits from HQ personnel.
Conduct market research and prepare competitor/industry analysis reports.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and spoken.
1–3 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of ACMV or construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Manage CEO’s or Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication with internal and external parties.
Act as liaison between management, departments, and business partners (including Japan HQ).
Translate meeting notes, contracts, and business documents (for Japanese-speaking position).
Prepare sales quotations, tenders, and marketing presentation materials.
Maintain and update sales, client, and contract records accurately.
Support office operations including procurement, filing, and general administration.
Assist in planning and coordination of company events, business trips, and marketing activities.
Ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across all departments.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive or secretarial support.
Japanese-speaking role: JLPT N2 or above, with ability to translate business documents.
English-speaking role: Excellent written and spoken English; experience in Legal or Banking sectors preferred.
